About this service
Frankston Physiotherapy is an independent enquiry service. It is not a physiotherapy clinic and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A provider is responsible for confirming whether they can help, along with appointments, fees, availability and care.
Information you choose to provide
If you use the enquiry form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, suburb, preferred timing, care preference and a short general outline of your enquiry. Please do not include detailed medical information, Medicare details, health records or other sensitive information in the form.
How enquiries are used
Enquiry details are used to review whether a suitable local physiotherapy provider may be available and, where appropriate, to pass the enquiry to that provider for a possible response. Enquiries are currently directed to contact@seammedia.com.au for review.
Storage and security
Information submitted through the website is transmitted to the configured email recipient. The website does not intentionally store enquiry records in a public database. Email providers and any provider who receives an enquiry may retain information according to their own policies. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing for the purpose described above.

The initial site does not require advertising cookies or analytics cookies to submit an enquiry. Basic technical logs may be created by the hosting provider for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
